Projects require an advance payment before work starts. The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed milestones or before the final project delivery.
Project completion depends on timely communication and content provided by the client. Delays in approvals or content submission may extend the delivery schedule.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, images, branding materials and necessary project information required during development.
Upon full payment, ownership of the completed website design and content developed specifically for the client will be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Complimentary support will be provided only for the period mentioned in your selected service package. Additional maintenance or updates may require a separate agreement.
IT Web Future shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
